Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Chief of Staff to provide high-level administrative support to our Executive Team. This role involves managing schedules, travel, reporting, customer escalations, and coordinating internal projects, ensuring operational efficiency and confidentiality across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage expense reporting and travel arrangements for the Executive Team
  • Maintain executive calendars and support day-to-day operational needs
  • Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly reports, including presentations in PowerPoint
  • Coordinate with departments on strategic projects and customer escalations
  • Partner with the Events Lead for company-wide event logistics

Requirements:

  • Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience: 2+ years in executive-level administrative or project coordination
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), detail-oriented, strong organizational skills
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Concur, ServiceTitan, and other tools a plus

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods, perform repetitive computer tasks, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
